I don't understand why I can't call a premium number or non geographic number if I'm abroad?

Non geographic numbers are of two kinds:

  1. The "premium numbers."
These are 08 or 09 numbers that entail a sometimes high surcharge and are very often used by commercial or administrative services ( SNCF, banks, etc .) Toll free numbers ". These numbers are essentially national and you can not reach them from
  2. abroad.

Losali is the first solution that makes it possible!

Sometimes you get the equivalent number (locally) and it's free, so why is your service chargeable?

There are indeed lists that circulate on the Net that give so-called substitution numbers locally, but most of the time, nobody answers or the number no longer exists. Premium numbers are a huge source of revenue for companies. You don't kill the goose that lays the golden eggs, the secrets are well kept!

Of course, our solution has a cost but it is simple and effective, you will be able to call any toll free or premium number wherever you are in the world!

Is your solution restricted to these non geographic numbers or does it also give access to traditional numbers?

It's not restrictive at all. On the other hand, don't forget that your interlocutors will have the impression that you are calling them from the U.K.

I can't reach my contact person…

Our recommendations will depend on the error message you get:

You hear a "busy" tone and/or a message telling you that this number does not exist or that you cannot access it: Make sure you have dialed our phone number, without any prefix and according to the instructions given on our site. If you are calling from France , you must use our local French number and so on. It is possible that your operator is simply blocking access to our servers. Under the local number to use, you will find a list of restrictive operators. If you use a French cell phone, there is unfortunately no general rule.

the call is cut off just after the welcome message stating the price of the calls and proposed in your language.

It is possible that you will hear beeps of varying length. Stay on the line, the call will be continued.

It is normal that the connection takes a little time. Make sure you wait at least 5 seconds before hanging up. You will hear the following message: "After the beep, please dial the number you are trying to reach followed by the # key". Make sure you have not dialed an international code (00, 33, etc…) Make sure you have waited for the "beep" before dialing the number of your correspondent. Make sure that you have pressed the # key after dialing the number of your correspondent. Make sure you have waited for the beep before pressing the '1' key. If you still can't reach your correspondent, contact us and describe your problem. We will do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible.

The country I am looking for is not in the list.

We cannot open a premium rate phone line in every country in the world. Some countries have very strict policies on call duration, others have unacceptable conditions or rates. Our offer covers the vast majority of our customers' needs.
