How a call is made

The call starts to be charged from the moment you hear, "Please dial the number you are trying to reach."
The price listed under our number is the total price. You do not pay the price of a call in the U.K
The payment of the call is very simple and does not require any specific manipulation: the call will appear on the phone bill you usually receive.

Select the country you are in
Dial our phone number and follow the instructions
A welcome announcement in your language informs you of the cost of the call
You will then be connected with our virtual operator who will give you the following instructions:
"After the beep, please dial the number of the person you are calling, followed by the # key. Call as if you were in the country.
Follow these instructions until a second announcement
"Please press the '1' key to confirm or the '2' key to start again.
To be connected to your caller, press the '1' key.
Wait a few seconds for the dialing to take place
Make your call as if you were in the country.

you have dialed our number and the number of your correspondent without international codes (00, 33, etc…)
you have waited for the sound signal before dialing the number of your correspondent
